At the conclusion of their college matriculation, the softball career of most young women comes to an end. Incognito Women’s Softball Organization is a non-profit organization focused on providing an opportunity for women to continue playing competitive softball at the highest amateur level available in the country.

Since its first season in 1997, Incognito has won 16 world championship titles, along with an additional 4 winter world titles.
Incognito has 144 top 3 tournament finishes:
79 - 1st place finishes
43 - 2nd place finishes
27 - 3rd place finishes

Each year our goal is to secure enough sponsorship dollars to cover 100% of the team’s expenses. The financial background of the players on Incognito is just as diverse as the women on the team.
With the team being an official Non Profit Organization, all donations are tax deductible.
